1. Who processes the data

2. What data is collected

The site requires no registration. Data reaches us only when you send an enquiry through the form or write to us on WhatsApp.

Through the enquiry form

• the name or form of address you provide;
• a phone or WhatsApp number;
• destination, dates and number of guests — if you provide them;
• the comment attached to the enquiry.

We do not request passport data, payment details or other sensitive data through the website.

3. Why the data is needed

Solely to reply to your enquiry and discuss the arrangement of the journey. We do not use it for mailings and do not pass it to third parties for marketing.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your voluntary enquiry and the consent expressed by sending the form or message.

5. Who the data may be shared with

The data is available to the company staff working on your enquiry. If a booking is made on your instruction, the part of the data required for that booking is passed to the service provider (hotel, air carrier, transport or insurance company). No other transfers occur, except where directly required by the law of the Kyrgyz Republic.

6. Retention

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed for the correspondence and for carrying out your instructions. You may ask us to delete the correspondence and the data at any time — by phone or on WhatsApp at +996 554 700 356.

7. Cookies and analytics

The site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. No web analytics system is connected and no advertising pixels are installed.

On a first visit the site shows a data-processing notice. It is not a tracking-consent banner: there is nothing to consent to, because there is no tracking. The notice informs you about the processing of form data and links to this document. Pressing “I agree” stores a single entry in your browser’s local storage (it-consent-v1 — a timestamp) so the notice does not reappear. That entry stays in your browser only, is never transmitted, and is removed together with the site data. Technically necessary local storage is the only storage the site uses.

Interface fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google servers, which may receive the IP address of the request. If that is not desirable, the fonts can be hosted on our own server — the project supports this.

• to learn what data of yours we hold;
• to ask for it to be corrected or deleted;
• to withdraw your consent to processing.

The site runs over HTTPS. Enquiry data is transmitted over a secure connection and is never published on the site.
